Introduction
Loader Feeding Hopper is used as a raw material silo in the material processing process. It is suitable for forklifts to load materials. It can realize uninterrupted output at a constant speed when discharging, thereby saving labor and improving work efficiency.

Structure
a. The frame is welded by channel steel and square steel.
b. The shell is welded by wear-resistant steel plate.
c. The buffer net is made of 150-200 mm square mesh welded by steel bars.
d. The conveyor is made of wear-resistant belt conveyor.

Matters Needing Attention
1. When the loader feeding hopper is feeding, prevent hard foreign matters or large materials from entering.
2. After the belt conveyor is stopped, the forklift shall not continue feeding to avoid crushing the belt conveyor.
3. When the forklift is feeding, it is strictly forbidden to lift the bucket of the forklift too high, and then dump the material down abruptly, which will damage the buffer net and cause deformation of the buffer net.
