Introduction
Cyclone dust collector is a kind of dust removal device, which is mainly used for pre dust removal and separation and recovery of high concentration dust. For the coarse particles separated from above 5-10um,the purification rate is high. The diameter of the dust collector, the size of the air inlet, and the diameter of the exhaust pipe are the main influencing factors.
Working Principle
The cyclone dust collector designed by us is lower than the air inlet of the general machine, so that there is sufficient space on the top of the dust collector to form an upper vortex and form a dust ring, which is led from the bypass separation chamber to the cone part, which is harmful to the second degree of dust removal efficiency. The secondary airflow becomes the upper vortex airflow with dust accumulation effect; the bypass separation chamber is designed in a spiral shape, so that the dust-containing airflow enters the cone tangentially, avoiding disturbing the airflow on the inner wall of the cone and preventing re-dusting.
Performance
1. The tangential air inlet and air inlet guide plate are adopted, and the centrifugal dust removal effect is added on the basis of cloth barrel filtration, which improves the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency is higher. The air can be discharged directly.
2. Using special cloth for excessive dust has good dust filtering effect, stable operation and easy recovery of dry materials. Generally, the equipment will not be corroded.
3. The combination of fan, cloth barrel and filter can shorten the air network, simplify the process flow and reduce the investment of air network equipment.
4. The injection interval can be adjusted conveniently.
