Introduction
In the drying process and wet granulation process of fertilizer production line, gas/oil hot air stove is necessary equipment to provide necessary heat source for dryer machine.
The main working process is: using gas and oil as fuel and air as medium. Through the induced draft fan, it can provide hot air with constant temperature and constant pressure. The high temperature flue gas is produced by the combustion of fuel oil in the combustion chamber, which enters into the smoke ring under the action of the combustor, and is discharged from the chimney through the flue after heat exchange with the outside air. The cold air is blown into the shell of the hot blast stove by the blower, and flows into the outer air ring of the furnace through the furnace top, and is supplied by the hot air outlet pipe to be clean.
