Introduction
Dewatering Machine works continuously by means of screw extrusion, which is suitable for materials with large proportion of solid in liquid and low moisture content after separation. This machine is especially suitable for the treatment of factory waste water, sludge, livestock manure such as cattle, pigs, chickens and slaughterhouse sewage. At the same time, it can be used to separate biogas liquid and residue. The solid material after separation has low moisture content and is easy to transport. It can be directly made into organic fertilizer for use.

Feature
1. The dried livestock manure separated by dehydration has almost no odor and little viscosity. It can be composted into fertilizer or used as bedding material for cattle.
2. After dehydration and separation of dry livestock manure mixed with straw bran, fully stirred, adding bacteria fermentation, granulation can be made into compound organic fertilizer.
3. At the same time, it can be made into pellet feed, which is a good feed for fish.
4. For flowers / special economic crops fertilization, can transform the soil organic matter.
5. Additional economic benefits can be obtained by selling organic fertilizer.
6. The alternative coal as fuel has good combustion effect and low economic cost.

Attention:
1. The water content is between 80% and 90%, and the water content of the effluent is between 40% and 50%.
2. The production capacity changes according to the nature of raw materials: chicken manure 6-8 cubic meters/ hour, pig manure 8-10 cubic meters/ hour, cow dung 10-12 cubic meters / hour, pig manure 10-15 cubic meters / hour, cow dung 15-20 cubic meters / hour.
3. The main components of the sifter are stainless steel and the rest are carbon steel.
