1. The method of groove fermentation can be adopted. Groove fermentation is composed of single or multiple fermentation grooves. The width of the fermentation groove is 4 meters, the height is 1.8 meters, and the length is according to the size of the site. The fermentation groove is a reinforced concrete structure, and two adjacent fermentation grooves share the pool wall, which is required to withstand the pressure of the compost turning machine.

2. First put chicken manure or other livestock and poultry manure, animal and plant remains and other fertilizer raw materials into the fermentation grooves, and then add biological starter, 1 kg of starter per ton of fertilizer base material. Use a compost turner to evenly mix organic raw materials, starters, etc. It should be noted that the water content of raw materials should be 50%-70%. When the temperature reaches 60-65 degrees, turn the pile again to increase oxygen. In the future, whenever the temperature in the pile reaches 60°C-65°C, the pile will be turned over to achieve the effects of uniform fermentation, oxygenation, and temperature reduction, and the last process will be repeated until it becomes mature. The general fertilization process takes 7-10 days.

Groove fermentation has the characteristics of simple operation, short fermentation cycle, full fermentation, less pollution, and convenient expansion.
