Structure
Simple compost turning machine is composed of transmission device, lifting device, walking device, tipping device, transfer vehicle and other main components.
The motor directly transfers the power to the cycloid pin wheel reducer, which is driven to the turning drum by the sprocket. The flipping fins on the drum are arranged in rows, which can turn the materials in the fermentation tank, stir and move backward, so as to achieve the effect of fast turning and uniform stirring, so as to achieve full contact between materials and air, and make the fermentation effect of materials better.
Control cabinet centralized control, can realize manual or automatic control function. Equipped with soft starter, low impact load when starting. The gear is solid and durable, and has certain function of breaking and mixing materials.
