Preparation process

The raw materials of organic fertilizer come from animals or plants and must be processed by biological fermentation. The raw materials after fermentation are crushed and mixed. Crushing is to crush the fermented material into powder, in order to better granulation. Granulation process

Once the preparation is complete, the granulation phase begins. Granulation technology is the core part of this production line. Our factory can choose or customize the appropriate type of fertilizer granulator according to the specific requirements of customers. After granulation is completed, it will be dried and cooled and screened to get uniformly shaped pellets.

Packaging technology

This is the final process, and the sifted pellets are transported to a coating machine to keep the fertilizer from sticking together. Finally, the pellets are transported by belt conveyor to automatic packing machine for packaging.
