INTRODUCTION
The rotary drum granulator machine is the main equipment in the fertilizer production line and the machine also is a new generation fertilizer granulator machine that our company designed to produce the organic fertilizer or compound fertilizer. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted in the cylinder after being humidified. In a certain liquid phase, the rotating movement of the barrel is used to make the extrusion pressure of the material into the ball.
We adopts special rubber liner or acid-resistant stainless steel liner into the rotary drum, and achieve the functions of automatic scars and tumor removal, so that you can cancel the traditional scraper device. This machine has so many characteristics such as high balling strength, good appearance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low energy consumption, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance and so on.
FEATURES
(1) Rotary drum granulator has high productivity. It has specifications of 1-3 tons per hour, 3-5 tons per hour and 5-8 tons per hour, 10-15 tons per hour, etc. The granulation rate of organic fertilizer can reach more than 90%.
(2) The energy saving and consumption reduction of the equipment is that the raw materials are carried out at room temperature, which reduces the dry energy consumption.
(3) Low investment, drum granulation organic fertilizer manufacturing process eliminates the raw material drying process, while the return ratio is low, the operation process is simple and convenient, the operation is stable and reliable, maintenance is relatively convenient and easy, greatly saving labor intensity;
