Disc fertilizer manufacturing process for processing fungus residue and manure peat
The disc granulator can process many raw materials, such as cow manure, chicken manure, sheep manure, pig manure, duck manure, peat soil, silica fume, sludge, drug residue, mushroom residue, etc. How to produce fertilizer? Disc fertilizer production process can meet most fertilizer processing requirements.
The disc granulator is composed of an angled tray and a supporting structure. There are many types of disc granulator, with diameters of 0.8m, 1m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2m, 2.8m, 3m, etc.
The inclination angle and the rotating speed of the disc are adjustable. The material mixed by the mixer is sent to the top of the disc by the belt conveyor, and continuously enters into the disc quantitatively. The material in the disc is bonded by a spray of adhesive and wrapped into granules. As the disc rolls, the particles grow up gradually.
Due to the remarkable grading capacity of the disc granulation machine, large particles float on top and are continuously discharged from the bottom of the disc. The smaller particles remain in the plate and stick with the newly added material and continue to grow.
The disc granulator granulates very uniformly, returns very little material, and has a large production capacity. An ordinary disc pelletizer can produce 1-3 tons of finished fertilizer per hour. In the fertilizer production process, the disc granulating machine is currently the most used granulation equipment. It has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and convenient maintenance.
How to use disc granulation machine
1. Check whether the reducer is filled with gear oil and whether the direction of rotation of the disc is correct before starting and starting.
2. After running and pressing the start button, the host starts, and observe whether the equipment is operating normally, whether there is vibration, and whether the rotation is stable.
3. After the filler and equipment are running normally, you can add materials and water.
4. After granulation adjustment and filling, the angle of the disc can be adjusted according to requirements to make the granules reach the required size.
