How to use disc granulation machine
1. Check whether the reducer is filled with gear oil and whether the direction of rotation of the disc is correct before starting and starting.
2. After running and pressing the start button, the host starts, and observe whether the equipment is operating normally, whether there is vibration, and whether the rotation is stable.
3. After the filler and equipment are running normally, you can add materials and water.
4. After granulation adjustment and filling, the angle of the disc can be adjusted according to requirements to make the granules reach the required size.
