INTRODUCTION
Vibration screener machine uses the vibration motor as the vibration source to make the material be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line at the same time. The material evenly enters the feed port of the screening machine from the feeder, and generates several specifications of the upper and lower materials of the screen through the multi-layer screen, which are respectively discharged from their respective outlets.
Linear vibrating screen (linear screen) has the advantages of stable and reliable, low consumption, low noise, long service life, stable vibration mode and high screening efficiency. STRUCTURE
The motor is transmitted to the vibrator drive shaft and the gear vibrator (speed ratio is 1). The three axes rotate at the same speed and produce the vibration force. The vibration exciter is connected with the sieve box through high strength bolts to produce elliptical motion. The material is carried out at high speed elliptical motion on the sieving machine. The material is quickly layered and moved forward through screen mesh, and finally the material is classified.
