INTRODUCTION
Drum screener machine is a common equipment in fertilizer production. It is mainly used to separate the finished product from the returned material, and also can realize the classification of the product, so that the product can be classified evenly.
The sieving machine adopts combined screen, which is easy to repair and replace. It has simple structure, convenient operation and stable operation. It is an ideal equipment for fertilizer screening and grading.


Working Principle
After the material enters the drum from the feed inlet, on the one hand, it is screened with the rotation of the drum; on the other hand, the material with large particle size flows forward along the slope of the drum, and is gradually screened out through the screen with different aperture. After screening, the materials fall into their respective hoppers, and then are transported to the finished product area manually or by belt.

STRUCTURE
This machine can divided into three parts:
1. Rack part:
The frame of the machine is welded with high quality carbon steel plate and channel steel, which meets the design requirements of the machine.
2. Transmission screening part:
The combined screen is used in this part, which is transmitted to the main shaft by the driving wheel through the coupling, and the screen is installed and bound on the roller cage of the main shaft. The material enters from the feeding end, rotates and grades continuously in the rolling cage, and then flows out evenly from the lower outlet, which effectively separates the finished product from the returned material, thus reducing the labor intensity.
3. Transmission connection part:
The motor drives the belt pulley, V-belt and reducer to rotate the main shaft. The connecting part of the reducer and the main shaft is driven by flexible coupling, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.
