Introduction
Rotary drum cooler is a kind of mechanical equipment which can heat the materials after drying and reduce moisture. The machine is one of the key equipment in fertilizer industry. It is used to cool the shaped fertilizer granules. When the temperature of the granules is reduced, the moisture content is reduced at the same time, and the particle strength is also increased.
With the continuous rotation of the machine body, the internal lifting plate constantly lifts and throws the molding particles, so that the materials can fully contact with the cold air to form heat exchange, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform cooling.
Installation and Debugging
1. Installation: according to the technological process, the machine points out the elevation and horizontal position. It is inclined to be installed at an angle of 2-5 degrees (users can adjust it according to their needs). The bracket and transmission frame of this machine have bottom hole, which can be installed on concrete.
2. Debugging: after the dryer is installed, it is necessary to check whether all parts of the dryer are fastened.
3. Carry out the no-load test and observe whether the steering is correct, otherwise adjust it. Gear noise should also be uniform, not high or low.
Precautions:
a. When the cooler is in operation, personnel are forbidden to pass under the body.
b. When the cooler is running, it is forbidden to carry out internal inspection and repair.
c. It is forbidden to touch the motor and wires without wearing insulating gloves.
d. If there is no perfect grounding wire, it is forbidden to start the cooler. If there is current on the equipment, stop the machine immediately until the ground wire is repaired.
