Turn dry chicken manure into organic fertilizer used in agricultural production

The dry chicken manure fermented by fertilizer production process is different from traditional farmyard manure as organic fertilizer. Bio organic fertilizer matures at high temperature and does not contain pathogens and eggs. The disadvantages of easy burning seedlings, bad smell, diseases and pests of natural composting are avoided.
However, the natural fermentation process of chicken manure is slow and incomplete, and the residual harmful bacteria in organic manure are not killed. Therefore, in the development of bio fermented organic fertilizer, it is necessary to use special fertilizer production equipment and microbial starter to ferment organic fertilizer, thus causing crop diseases.
After the chicken manure is dried, it is watered according to 35% of the weight of chicken manure, 5 kg diluent and straw powder mixed with biological fertilizer starter are added to each ton of chicken manure, and a long strip of chicken manure is spread on the ground. Then pour the compost two or three times, and pile it into a rectangular pile about 1 meter long and 2 meters wide, and then make a hole in the top of the pile. Then straw was used to cover the compost pile, and dry chicken manure was used as biological fertilizer for pollution-free aerobic fermentation. After 6 days composting, the composting temperature can reach 50℃-65℃. Turn once, not completely decomposed base fertilizer can be added to promote decomposition, generally about 20 days of chicken manure can be fermented and cooked.
