INTRODUCTION
Bucket elevator is a kind of vertical lifting material conveying equipment. It has the advantages of simple structure, low maintenance cost, high conveying efficiency, high lifting height, stable operation and wide application range. It is used for conveying granular and powder materials, such as fertilizer, grind, food, feed, mining industry and so on.
Working Principle
The hopper scoops up the materials from the storage below. With the conveyor belt or chain lifted to the top, it bypasses the top wheel and turns down. The bucket elevator dumps the material into the receiving tank. The drive belt of bucket elevator with drive generally adopts rubber belt, which is installed on the lower or upper drive drum and the upper and lower turning drum. The bucket elevator with chain drive is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains. There is a pair of transmission chain wheels at the top or bottom and a pair of change direction chain wheels at the bottom or above. Bucket elevator is generally equipped with casing to prevent dust from flying in bucket elevator.
